The hostel is also only five minutes by foot from the town’s train and bus station, meaning it is easily accessible by public transport.Close to everything but still a quiet street.

It’s central location makes Maes-y-Môr a great self-catering accommodation base from which to explore beautiful Mid Wales and all it has to offer. It is also ideally situated for those who wish to visit North Wales or South Wales.

Aberystwyth itself, a beautiful seaside town, is home to the University of Aberystwyth. During the academic year (September-June) the town is bustling with students and young people. However, many students leave for the summer, meaning this can be a quieter time in Aberystwyth.
